Plans and pricing
How much does each plan cost?
Starter is $197 a month, Pro is $397 a month and Elite is $797 a month. All three have a one-time setup fee of $995.
What do all three plans include?
All three include the website or landing page your business needs, a custom CRM, automatic text replies to missed calls, review requests, Google and Meta setup, and a monthly report.
Pro adds a bilingual virtual agent that takes care of your customers. Elite also adds managed ad campaigns on one channel, new ads every month and 4 monthly posts on your Meta channels.
Are there separate costs?
Yes. Ad spend on Google or Meta, domain registration, phone, text, email and WhatsApp usage, AI and outside software usage, professional photo or video production, and special integrations are billed separately.
We explain them before we start, and we never turn on an optional service or ad spend without your approval.
Does Elite include the ad budget?
No. You pay the ad budget directly to Google or Meta. We recommend between $300 and $1,500 a month, depending on your business's goals and capacity.
Is there a minimum term?
Starter and Pro have no minimum term. We still recommend 30 to 90 days to see how your system performs. Elite asks for six months, because campaigns need that time to gather data and improve.
How do I know which plan is right for me?
Tell us about your business and we'll recommend based on your real situation, not the most expensive plan. If you don't have an ad budget yet or room to take on more work, we won't recommend Elite.

Starter takes 10 to 15 days, Pro 15 to 20 days, and Elite 20 to 30 business days.
Do you guarantee results?
We don't promise numbers. What we do is build a solid system, measure what's happening and adjust it with real data every month.
Do I have to learn any software?
No. We set up and run everything. You get the contacts, the appointments and your monthly report.
What happens if I decide to leave?
We hand over your domain, your website code and the contacts collected on the platform, ready to use in another system.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. We work in English and Spanish, and the systems we build can serve your customers in both languages.
